Q1. Which course should I join ? a) I am still pursuing my graduation. b) I have given final year exams and awaiting result. c) I am a post graduate looking for a job. d) I am a working professional.

We provide both short duration Skill Enhancement courses as well as 1 year PG Diploma Programs. Any student who is still pursuing his graduation is eligible for only our shorter duration certificate courses which are for usually 2- 4 months courses. And any student who is either pursuing his post graduation or has given final graduation exams and is awaiting result can pursue our PG programs. If you are a working professional wanting to upgrade your skill, for promotions or career change, you may join weekend PG programs and Weekend Skill Enhancement Courses.

The objective of our programs is to support you in career enhancement and skill upgradation.

Q2. In which course would you provide me internship and placements shorter or longer?

All our courses whether shorter certificate courses or longer PG Diploma Programs will have internship opportunity with Big Brands and SKps.

In case one wants Placements from our side then you should either enroll in our 1 year Post graduation Diploma course or join Digital Marketing certificate course.

Digital Marketing is the only shorter duration certificate courses in which we provide Placements too post completion of the course.

Q3. What are various Short term Certificate courses that you offer? Its duration & how can it benefit me since placements are not with every certificate course except Digital Marketing course?

We have the following four short-term certificate courses:-

1) H.R certificate-(2 months course)

2) Digital Marketing-(2 months)

3) Strategic Marketing-(4 months)

4) Soft Skills-(1 month)

All the above courses except soft skills will have internship opportunity post completion of the course with Big brands. Doing this course will not only fortify your current education and Resume but also will give you practical exposure in form of Internship and a great opportunity to earn pocket money in form of a stipend.

Q4. What is the maximum stipend that any company pays during Internship?

The maximum stipend that any company pays during an internship is Rs.8000/month. Apart from this, they may pay you incentive too. It depends upon the company with which you work. Some brands like TAJ does not pay you anything but indeed they provide a great work environment & an opportunity to experience their work culture.

Q5. What are Longer duration PG Diploma courses that you offer?

We do offer following PG Diploma courses:-

  1. PG Diploma in H.R & Administration.
  2. PG Diploma in Sales & Marketing

Our Longer duration PG Diploma courses are 1 year courses that are further divided into two semesters of 6 months each. In each semester of six months, the first three months are classroom training wherein classes are held only for 2 hours daily. In the next three months post completion of the first three months, whatever one has learnt in classroom training practically applies it in form of on the job training/Internship. Same goes for next semester. Hence in 1 year course our students attend 6 months of classroom training in form of active participation of students, Brainstorming sessions, Presentation etc. and 6 months of Practical knowledge in form of the internship. Post completion of the course we do provide you with Placements as well.

Q6. Can I get weekend batch in PG Diploma and certificate courses?

In certificate courses and PG Diploma courses we do provide weekend options as well as Weekday one.

Q7. At what intervals do you launch your certificate as well as longer duration PG Diploma Programs?

Our shorter certificate courses are launched every alternate month, In case it is launched in July then next batch will be in September.

We launch our PG Diploma courses after a gap of 5 months i.e in January and July.

Q8. What is the maximum seats that you keep in certificate or longer PG Diploma courses?

To provide quality education in an effective and productive manner we enroll a maximum of 25 students in each batch. In case after 25 students, we get surplus admissions than they automatically are shifted to next batch. Hence one should try to enroll as soon as possible as admissions are purely on basis of first cum first basis.

Q9. What is the eligibility for longer PG Diploma courses & shorter certificates courses?

Eligibility for PG Diploma course:-

  • Any person who has given Final year graduation exams and is awaiting the result.
  • Graduates in any field.
  • Working professionals who want to grow professionally.

Eligibility for Certificate course:-

  • Minimum 12th Pass out.
  • Students currently pursuing their Graduation/Bachelors Degree
  • Any person who has given Final year graduation exams and is awaiting the result.

Q10. What is difference between an M.B.A Degree and PG Diploma?

An M.B.A Degree can be accredited through State University only which is only 10% in India. Rest 90% are Deemed Universities which can give PG Diploma. In fact, top B-School like IIM’s (Indian Institutes of Management) also give PG Diploma instead of M.B.A Degree.

The basic difference between a state university and a deemed university is that, a state university is established by the passing of the required legislation by a state government and A deemed university, on the other hand, is ‘deemed to be a university’ by the UGC under Section 3 of the UGC Act of 1956.

A deemed university has the independence to design its own course & has the authority to design its fees structure. Facilities in many of the deemed universities are considered to be state-of-the-art, the equipment and labs are advanced in general.

Q.19 Could you brief a bit about course content that will be covered in all of your Courses or a general idea about H.R, Marketing, Digital Marketing in Lay man’s Language ?

1) H.R (Human Resources)An H.R is the most important person in any organization. It not only handles Recruitment part but also is responsible for making Salary sheets, Finalizing Incentive plans of employees, addressing their Grievances, Communicating company policies to employees, Conducting Employee Engagement activities to give them challenging work, Setting set Standards and measuring their performance against pre-decided standards, Taking exit interviews, Record keeping of all employees etc.

2)  Marketing:– Marketing is a wider term. It is the most creative and Rewarding field. It includes four main pillars i.e Creative Marketing, P.R Activities, Digital Marketing & Sales.
